Each of our health screening, we provide the following free services: flu shots, Hypertension screening, Diabetes Screening (FBS and/or Ha1C), Cholesterol Screening, Hepatitis B & C Screening, Vision Screening, and Medical Consultation. Our Social Services, Psychology Consultation, Dental Screening, and other services (eg. Comprehensive Lab Work Up, etc.) will be based on availability at each health screening location. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to reach out to the Underserved Communities in the DFW metroplex to provide our services.
